Nonlinear dynamics analysis of multifactor low-speed heavy-load gear system with temperature effect considered

Low-speed and heavy-load gears generate a lot of heat during meshing transmission, which leads to thermal deformation the affects transmission performance gear system. It is great significance explore influence law temperature effects on nonlinear dynamics Based principle deformation, taking into account effect parameters, including time-varying stiffness, tooth side clearance as well comprehensive errors, dynamic model system spur cylindrical established. The Runge–Kutta method used for numerical solution, variation stiffness coefficient bifurcation characteristics analyzed by combining diagram, maximum Lyapunov index phase diagram Poincare section diagram. results show that exhibits complex with consideration effects, four states single-fold periodic motion, multi-fold chaotic motion. closely related value coefficient. obvious when s in range 0.4 < 0.8. relevant conclusions can provide references design systems under special working conditions.
